All reservations are made exclusively for each client, with vehicle and chauffeur availability guaranteed for the contracted date and time. Cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes will result in the full charge of the reservation amount.

In situations beyond the control of 1001 Transportation, including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, airport closures, road closures, public emergencies, flight cancellations, or any other events classified as force majeure, the company shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or the inability to perform the contracted services.

Whenever possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service or provide an alternative solution. In cases of force majeure, no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid. However, at the company's sole discretion, a service rescheduling or future travel credit may be offered.
